You could make a setting where all male characters turn into females/femboy versions, BUT you dont get the TRUE ending if there's one.
(Small note and funfact here, i got a pair of black cats since years and one of them is named Millie and her brother named Sam, what's fun about this fact is that they been named that way before HB existed)
