As @Dizb already mentioned, Hellbornscan reproduce. They are born and live in Hell from the start. For example, in the original show Millie was shown to be pregnant. Sinners, who arrive in Hell because of their sins, cannot reproduce. That is part of their hellish punishment.
As for I.M.P killing inside Hell — yes, that is unusual, and that is the point! Later in the visual novel this will make sense (maybe even a lot of sense!) π
We will have a transformation that break that rule? Like we can impregnate angels and demons in that form that way it's not breaking the rules or punishment a power that breaks that chain?

Just got through the game. I am a fan of the artstyle. The game is still too short for me to say much about the story or plot but I am a fan of choice in VNs. I ain't fucking with Moxie and Millie's relationship personally.
The game plays great on PC and Android.

Honestly with a premise like this I'd expect Verosika to be the main gal, not Millie, but hey, not complaining since she's getting added in future updates.
However, if treat her well it seems like she would be a good girl-friend despite working with Blitzo and I don't know how future Viz writes her now I stop watching Hellvua boss when it branch out the hitman them.
